Color Tagging Comes to Watson Visual Recognition

IBM's Watson is a cognitive system that establishes a partnership between people and computers. It is a supercomputer which can answer questions and learns more to answer questions more accurately. While Watson was already able to detect color, it now returns the dominant colors it sees in each image as response tags, which are accompanies by a classification score.
